Dr. Viola treats patients from around the world and strives to make each patient experience as efficient as possible. If you are visiting his office as a first-time patient, we recommend downloading the appropriate patient forms and completing them prior to your visit. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your driver’s license or identification, as well as your insurance card or other health coverage information. Some insurance carriers require you to have a referral or primary care physician authorization before a specialty visit is given. Please check with your carrier if you are in doubt.

In most cases, Dr. Viola will order a new set of X-rays, CT scan, or MRI for the injury or condition that is being examined. If you have already obtained recent imaging studies for your specific injury or condition, please bring these images with you during your first appointment.
